My Bag Is Empty



Step 1: Adding Items To Your Shopping Bag

Browse through the Rodney Clark website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have a size and/ or colour option. select the size and/ or colour you would like to order and click on the "ADD TO BAG" button.

If a specific size in a colour is greyed out, then it is currently out of stock or has been sold out online.

Step 2: Viewing Your Shopping Bag

You can view the items in your bag at any time by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button in the top right hand corner of every page of our website:

  • To change the quantity of items you wish to purchase, change the number in the "Qty" box, and click the " update Qty" link.
  • To delete an item from your bag, click the "Remove" link next to the item you wish to remove OR set the "Qty" to 0 and click the " update Qty" link.
  • Once you are happy with the items in your bag please press the "CHECKOUT" button.

Step 3: Checkout - Payment & Delivery Details

Our checkout will prompt you with 2 options:


  • This is for Rodney Clark Members or Existing Online Customers.
  • If you have placed an order online please enter your Login & Password;
  • After you provide us with your Login & Password, we will retrieve your details to make your purchase faster, OR

New Customers

  • Please enter your contact, delivery and payment details.
  • Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk(*), please select the "SUBMIT" button.
  • After completing one of the above options you will go through to Step 4 – Order Confirmation.

Step 4: Order Confirmation (Secure Area)

It is important to confirm your order & delivery details.

You will notice a security padlock in your web browser AND the website address will start with "https". This security ensures your order & payment details are encrypted over the internet and remain secure. If this lock is not present, please contact us immediately at

  • Please check your Billing and Delivery Details. If you need to change these details click the "update MY DETAILS" button.
  • If applicable, add your promotional code and press the "APPLY" button to re-calculate your final order total.
  • Please note: Promotion Code box only appears after you Login or enter your Billing and Delivery information.
  • If you have Rodney Clark Rewards, these will be available to redeem soon.
  • If you have a Voucher or a Gift Card, please enter the details in the Voucher and Gift Card boxes and click the "APPLY" button to confirm the validity and value
  • Enter your credit card details.
  • When you are satisfied with the information please select the "COMPLETE ORDER" button to confirm your order.

We will send you an email confirming the details of your order. We recommend you print out a copy of your order for future reference.

It is a great way to get your items fast and to have the option of paying for it over a long period of time for when it better suits you. Essentially, you can purchase an item today and pay for it later.

Is there any customer interest or customer fees associated with Openpay?

Openpay does not charge any interest. If payments have not been made by their scheduled date, late fees will apply. Openpay sends out welcome emails on all purchases and payment reminder notices. Late fees are detailed in advance in this email correspondence. We understand that there are times when making a payment is just all too hard. Please contact Openpay before the payment due date to reschedule and avoid late fees.

Does Openpay perform a credit check?

Depending on the purchase you are making, you may be asked to consent to a credit check. In those instances, your consent will be clearly requested before a purchase is made.
