If we are unable to fulfil your entire warehouse, we may need to split your order between one of our other locations. There are no additional costs associated with split deliveries, however there might be a slight delay in delivery times. We will notify you as soon as possible of expected delays.
Delivery within Australia
We endeavour to have all orders delivered to you within 3-7 working days. We use eParcel by Australia Post for Australian deliveries. Tracking numbers will be provided for your protection. To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. Signature is required upon delivery. We do deliver to GPO Boxes. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact Webstore at firstname.lastname@example.org.
New Zealand will receive orders in approximately 7-14 working days. All orders are charged in Australian dollars (AUD). All other international enquiries please contact us at email@example.com. Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days. Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.
At Rodney Clark, our goal is to despatch your online order within 3-7 working days. During the busy SALE period we will do everything we can to despatch your order so that it is received within this timeframe. There may be instances, because of demand, where the delivery could stretch out to 14 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will advise you promptly so you can consider an alternative item.
