If something is not right, we are happy to take garments back but conditions apply.
Garments must also be deemed to be in their original condition by a Rodney Clark staff member.
Returns must include:
- the item(s)
- a completed Online Returns Form and/or a copy of your receipt

Exchanges/Credits on full price garments can be made at any Rodney Clark store.
Exchanges can also be made at the Online Store. Please email or phone ahead to have the item you wish to exchange put aside.
Refunds only can be processed at our online store.
Returns/Exchanges/Credits must be made within 14 working days. Garments returned after this period will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
All 'return' postage costs will be at customer’s expense with the exception of a return that has been deemed faulty. Please include proof of any postage costs to be reimbursed for faulty items.

Should you have an item that you believe to be faulty or flawed, please contact a Rodney Clark representative at email@example.com.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
