How to Measure
Bust - Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.
Natural Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips - Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
If something is not right, we are happy to take garments back but conditions apply.
Garments must also be deemed to be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed with original tags) by a Rodney Clark staff member.
Returns must include:
- the item(s)
- a completed Online Returns Form and/or a copy of your receipt

Exchanges/Credits on full price garments can be made at any Rodney Clark store.
Exchanges can also be made at the Online Store. Refunds only can be processed at our online store.
Returns/Exchanges/Credits must be made within 14 working days. Garments returned after this period will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
All 'return' postage costs will be at customer’s expense with the exception of a return that has been deemed faulty. Please include proof of any postage costs to be reimbursed for faulty items.

Palm Print Hooded Jacket
Wasn’t sure if I’d ordered the right kind of jacket but on receiving my order I was so very happy with it. I usually am a Size 10 but went down to a Size 8 and it’s perfect! Beautiful cool top that is a great match with my frilled linen orange top & wide leg black pants. An easy wear for day or night. Very comfortable and the gold foil accents in the print add that touch of class! Can highly recommend.

Fabulous easy to wear jacket
I ordered online a size 10 and it arrived soon after. When I tried it on the size was too big and I sent it back to exchange for a size 8. This process was easy and quick. I received the smaller size a week later and it fits perfectly. The jacket is great for this cool transitional weather we seem to be having forever! Thanks Rodney Clark!
