How to Measure
Bust - Measure under your arms at the fuller part of your bust. Keep tape level across your shoulder blades.
Natural Waist - Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Hips - Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
If something is not right, we are happy to take garments back but conditions apply.
Garments must also be deemed to be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed with original tags) by a Rodney Clark staff member.
Returns must include:
- the item(s)
- a completed Online Returns Form and/or a copy of your receipt

Exchanges/Credits on full price garments can be made at any Rodney Clark store.
Exchanges can also be made at the Online Store. Refunds only can be processed at our online store.
Returns/Exchanges/Credits must be made within 14 working days. Garments returned after this period will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
All 'return' postage costs will be at customer’s expense with the exception of a return that has been deemed faulty. Please include proof of any postage costs to be reimbursed for faulty items.
