Returns & Exchanges
At Rodney Clark we want you to enjoy your shopping experience and continue shopping with us. If something is not right, we are happy to take garments back but there are some conditions.
- Garments can only be refunded if:
- the original tags are still attached, and
- the original receipts are returned with the garments
- Garments must also be deemed by a Rodney Clark staff member to be in their original condition.
Should you require a refund, please return the item/s by post to the address below with the completed Online Returns form. There is a returns form which can be downloaded on our website. Items purchased Online can only be fully refunded at the Online store. Returns form can be downloaded here.
Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Faulty Items: Should you have an item that you believe to be faulty or flawed, please contact a Rodney Clark representative at email@example.com. Or Call 1300 217 768 between 830am - 5pm weekdays EST.

Exchanges on garments of the same style can be made at any Rodney Clark store. Please take this receipt/packing slip or printed copy of your emailed order confirmation as proof of purchase.
If you are unable to get to a store, for example if you are an international or rural customer, exchanges can be processed at our online store also. Please call 1300 217 768 between 8:30am - 5pm weekdays (EST) to have the size preferred put aside for you in the online store.
Terms & Conditions
Returns/Exchanges/Credits must be made within 14 working days. Garments returned after this period will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
All 'return' postage costs will be at the purchaser’s expense with the exception of a return that has been deemed faulty.
