Returns & Refunds

Should you require a refund of a Online store purchase, please return the item/s by post to the address below with the completed Online Returns Form. Items purchased Online can only be fully refunded at the Online store.

Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited.

Exchanges

Exchanges on garments purchased of the same style only can be made at any Rodney Clark store. Please take this receipt/packing slip or a printed copy of your emailed order confirmation as proof of purchase to the store with the garments. To reserve the size required we recommend you call the store ahead to have your preferred size put aside.

If you are unable to get to a store, for example if you are an international or rural customer, exchanges can also be processed at our Online Store. Call 1300 217 768 between 8:30am - 5pm weekdays (EST) to have the size preferred put aside for you in the online store.

Faulty

Should you have an item that you believe to be faulty or flawed, please contact a Rodney Clark representative at info@rodneyclark.com Or Call 1300 217 768 between 830am - 5pm weekdays EST.


Terms & Conditions

Garments can only be refunded if the item/s is in original condition, with original tags attached and a proof of purchase can be made.

Returns/Exchanges must be sent within 14 working days of date of original purchase. Garments returned after this period will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.

All 'return' postage costs will be at the purchaser’s expense with the exception of a return that has been deemed faulty.
