Returns & Refunds
Please return the item/s by post to
the above address with the completed Online Returns Form.
Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited.
Exchanges can be made on garments purchased of the same style only on colour and size. Exchanges cannot be made on one style to another style.
Exchanges on full price styles can be processed at our Online Store. Please call 1300 217 768 between 8:30am - 5pm weekdays (EST) to have your preferred size put aside. We will post you the exchanged garment once we have receipt of the original item ordered.
No holds on Sale items Instore or Online. No exchange on sale items in the Online store. If you would prefer another size other than ordered, please place a new order of your preferred size in the online store and send the incorrect size back for a refund. Exchanges on sale styles purchased online can be made in a store. Online Store exchanges can only be made on full price styles as available.
Instore ExchangesReturn your item to one of our Rodney Clark or Sorbet Stores for an exchange or credit note only. We do not refund Online orders in stores. Exchanges on garments purchased of the same styleonlycan be made in a store. Please take the receipt/packing slip or a printed copy of your emailed order confirmation as proof of purchase to the store with the garments. To reserve the size required on full price styles we recommend you call the store ahead to have your preferred size put aside.

Terms & Conditions
Garments can only be refunded if the item/s is in original condition, with original tags attached and a proof of purchase can be made.
Returns/Exchanges must be sent within 14 working days
date of original purchase. Garments returned after this period will not be accepted unless there are exceptional circumstances.
All 'return' postage costs will be at the purchaser’s expense with the exception of a return that has been deemed faulty.
Items purchased in Webstore can only be fully refunded by returning them to Webstore.
Please quote your Order # which is also your Receipt #, or your name and address.
