Bring your exchanging item along with your receipt and the credit card used for your purchase (if applicable) and our team will help process your return. Please note, that refunds actioned in-store may take up to 48 hours to process. The time for funds to appear in your account is dependent on your bank.

120-Day Online Returns

Easily post your returning item back to us along with a completed returns form to our online returns center and our customer service team will process your return.
Please note only sale items can not be exchanged but we will refund them so you can re-purchase them online.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, should you change your mind for any reason we will happily Refund or exchange your online purchase providing the following conditions have been met:

  • The item/s have been returned within 120 business days of receiving your online order
  • The item/s are in original condition (unworn, unwashed) and not damaged,
  • Original tags attached,
  • The return form is completed and enclosed with the items (if posting your return)

 

RETURN TERMS

We want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase, should you change your mind for any reason we will happily Refund or exchange your online purchase providing the following conditions have been met:

  • For faulty items please contact our customer service team on 1300 217 768 if you need to post your return to our online returns center.
  • Return postage costs will be reimbursed for faulty items only. A postage receipt must be supplied to obtain a postage refund.
  • Sale items can not exchanged if posted to our online returns centre, however we will refund so that you can re purchase online.
  • Sale items can be exchanged or refunded in store.
  • Refunds issued instore may take up to 48 hours to process your refund via the original form of payment.
  • Any amount refunded will be the effective price paid when purchasing the garment, excluding shipping. If items are purchased using a promotional discount (Eg: Spend and Save) we will adjust your refund amount accordingly.
