How do I place an order online?

Step 1: Adding Items To Your Shopping Bag

Browse through the Rodney Clark/RC & Co website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have a size and/ or colour option, select the size and/ or colour you would like to order and click on the "ADD TO CART" button.

If a specific size in a colour has a line through it, then it is currently out of stock or has been sold out online.

Step 2: Viewing Your Shopping Bag

You can view the items in your bag at any time by clicking the "SHOPPING CART" icon/button in the top right hand corner of every page on our website:

  • To change the quantity
    of items you wish to purchase, use the -/+ buttons.
  • To delete an item from your bag, click the "Remove" link next to the item you wish to remove OR set the "Qty" to 0 and click the " update Qty" link.
  • Once you are happy with the items in your bag please press the "CHECKOUT" button.

Step 3: Checkout - Payment & Delivery Details

Our checkout will prompt you with 2 options:

Login

  • This is for Rodney Clark/ RC & Co Members or existing online Customers.
  • If you have placed an order online please enter your login & password.
  • After you provide us with your login & password, we will retrieve your details to make your purchase faster, OR

New Customers

  • Please enter your contact, delivery and payment details.
  • Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), please select the "SUBMIT" button.
  • After completing one of the above options you will go through to Step 4 – Order Confirmation.

Guest Checkout

  • Enter your billing and shipping details.
  • Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk (*), continue to the checkout.

Step 4: Order Confirmation (Secure Area)

It is important to confirm your order & delivery details.

You will notice a security padlock in your web browser and the website address will start with "https". This security ensures your order & payment details are encrypted over the internet and remain secure. If this lock is not present, please contact us immediately at info@rodneyclark.com

  • Please check your Billing and Delivery Details. If you need to change these details click the "UPDATE MY DETAILS" button.
  • If applicable, add your promotional code and press the "APPLY" button to re-calculate your final order total.
  • Please note: Promotion Code box only appears after you Login or enter your Billing and Delivery information.
  • If you have Rodney Clark/ RC & Co Rewards, these will be available to redeem soon.
  • If you have a Voucher or a Gift Card, please enter the details in the Voucher and Gift Card boxes and click the "APPLY" button to confirm the validity and value.
  • Enter your credit card details.
  • When you are satisfied with the information please select the "COMPLETE ORDER" button to confirm your order.

We will send you an email confirming the details of your order. We recommend you print out a copy of your order for future reference.

How do I shop with Afterpay?

Afterpay is an alternative method of payment available through Rodney Clark Online. Afterpay enables you to pay in 4 easy payments giving you more time to pay for everything you need. You receive your order immediately and there is no interest if paid on time.

Essentially, you can purchase an item today and pay for it later.

Shop and proceed to check out as usual.

2. select AFTERPAY AS YOUR PAYMENT OPTION ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE

You will be re-directed to Afterpay to complete your purchase.

3. REGISTER OR LOGIN TO FINALISE YOUR PLAN

If you are 18 years or older and a permanent resident of Australia all you need is - Photo id - Debit or credit card - Email address - Mobile phone.

How long does my order take to ship?

Delivery within Australia

We endeavour to have all orders delivered to you within 3-7 working days.

We use Toll for most Australian deliveries. Tracking numbers will be provided to your nominated email address for your protection. To guarantee
delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere there will
be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm, as we allow the authority to leave the item at the nominated address.

We deliver to GPO Boxes by Australia Post Parcels.

International Deliveries

We ship internationally to the following countries: Cambodia, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Fiji, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Hong Kong, India,

Vanuatu, Vietnam.

Selected international delivery areas may be later than 7-14 working days. Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.

All orders are charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

How do I find my right size?

You will find a size chart available on most products on our website.

Once you've clicked through to the product you want, you'll find a coat hanger icon with "size chart" on the right hand side, positioned next to the list of available sizes.

All measurements are in CMs.

If you require measurements for a style that is not yet online, please reach out to our customer service team and we can assist further.

How do I return an item?

You have the choice to return an order/item either by sending it back to our head office or by visiting one of our 21 stores.

Simply create an account by completing the online registration form here

Your welcome voucher will be emailed through soon after.

I only received 1 item in my order?

From time to time, we may need to source your items from different locations, when this happens you will receive more than one parcel. Don’t worry there are no additional shipping costs.
