PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post has temporarily suspended shipping to the United States. We are currently unable to accept orders shipping to the US, and hope to have this resolved soon.
Split Deliveries
If we are unable to fulfil your entire order from our warehouse, we may need to split your order between other locations. There are no additional costs associated with split deliveries, however there might be a slight delay in delivery times. We will notify you as soon as possible of expected delays.
Deliveries within Australia
- We endeavour to have all orders delivered to you within 3-7 working days.
- We use Toll for most Australian deliveries. Tracking numbers will be provided for your protection. To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm, as we allow the authority to leave the item at the nominated address.
- We deliver to GPO Boxes by Australia Post Parcels. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact our customer service team via email at info@rodneyclark.com
International Deliveries
- We ship internationally to the following countries: Cambodia, Canada, China, Cook Islands, Fiji, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Netherlands, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Tonga, United Kingdom, United States, Vanuatu, Vietnam.
- Selected international delivery areas may be later than 7-14 working days. Please note that occasionally customs inspections may also delay delivery by a few days.
- All orders are charged in Australian dollars (AUD).

- Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call your local customs offices to gain further details.
Sale Deliveries
At Rodney Clark/ RC & Co, our goal is to dispatch your online order within 3-7 working days. During the busy SALE periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within this time frame, however, there may be instances due to high volumes, where the delivery may be up to 14 working days. In the unfortunate circumstance where an item is sold out, we will refund you.
